The Knee Wall models of the "Ole Iron Slides" balusters all come with an adjustable "swivel" shoe on both the top and bottom of the baluster. The Ole Iron Slides balusters require Allen wrenches (not included): metric #2 and #4.

Poor Ordering Information

Before ordering this product I carefully watched videos, read reviews, did my homework. All show the product to simply replace my wood balusters on my knee wall. I receive them, and they will not install straight vertically. I called customer service, explained what was happening and was told that they will not work as advertised because between my balusters I have a piece of filler wood called a "fillet". This would have been great to be included in the pre-order information. Now I can either lose 30% of my money, plus the cost of shipping to send them back; or rework all the "fillets"! Definitely Not Happy!
