We understand you, whether you are a contractor building track homes, or a custom builder building a few homes a year. Other companies often quote unrealistic lead times in an attempt to get the sale. We pledge to do our very best in quoting lead times that are as accurate as possible to assist you in getting your project completed on time. Please call us when placing your order for stair parts to check on stock and lead times. Many items can leave our warehouse within 3 or 5 days. Once an item leaves our warehouse, in-transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days. This means that in-stock items are normally delivered to you within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that a business day is not a calendar day and does not include holidays or weekends. Many of our wood parts are American handcrafted. These items usually ship in 10 to 14 business days.
Please be aware that we must strictly adhere to our return policy without exception. There is a 25% Restocking Fee for all returned products. Shipping Charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Special order items and wood items are not refundable, as in most cases these items are made specifically for you. Any returned product must have a Return Authorization Number, be in its original box with the original packing materials, and be returned to the warehouse from which it originated. Product must be returned in saleable condition as determined by Beautiful Homes, Inc. No item is returnable after 45 days. Product sold in box quantities must be returned in full box quantities. Any item that is returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 403-1480.
If you are building a new home, it is generally recommended that you order any custom stair parts when framing is begun. However, we also realize that few things in life work according to general recommendations.â€ If you need an item immediately, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we can not guarantee a shipping date on rush orders.
