NOTE: The standard version of the Ole Iron Slides balusters now ships with 2 swivel shoes and one flat (base) shoe. The Ole Iron Slides balusters require Allen wrenches (not included): metric #2 and #4.

Great product and service
The product was great as was the service. There was an issue with one of the balusters and a replacement was sent out and received within 4 days of contacting them. What makes this even more remarkable was that this was done the week of Thanksgiving!

Great product…but learning curve to install
Very very nice look but it takes some patience and learning to install. Took 4 solid days to install 93 of them. Looks great.

I enjoyed working with one of your representatives.Rich (representative) was very helpful took time with my questions and very efficient and patient. Price was excellent much better than Lowe’s. Would highly recommend them

Easy to install
These worked out great. Unfortunately there were a few baluster shoes that were chipped. Didn’t notice till they were installed. Guess I’ll use nail polish or paint to fix them
