This stair baluster are of great quality and the price is better than the local major stores. It also looks good and it was shipped in a timely fashion.

I ordered 38 of these. Upon receipt, I looked them over to ensure there were no defects. Unfortunately, 20 of them had significant defects in the finish. I tried to contact customer service and received no responses after multiple attempts. I’ll be forced to find a way to hide the defects. I wouldn’t recommend buying these.

We love our new stairs. My husband installed all the spindals in a day. We chose the oil rubbed bronze color. They got our order perfect and got it 3 days earlier than expected, so that was a huge plus! Stair parts USA were very helpful through the ordering process. You can’t beat their prices! Thankyou!
