I have emailed this company two times regarding the parts they delivered. They sent me two sets of flat shoes, one I ordered one flat and one stair angled. Even after they were aware of their error, they still never sent me the new ones. Could be they just send whatever they want from the inventory and they feel proud of it. This could be my last order after many.
