Material in bad shape
Ordered 2-4 foot pieces. Both of them had pressure, dings and scuff marks from poor handling needed to be sanded extensively before staining!

Came out very beautiful. All the material we used for this project is from stair parts usa, sturdy, great quality!

Great experience. Had a small hiccup with the wrong wood being sent, but they fixed it quickly, and we're straightforward and honest about it!
