Large Traditional 2-5/8"W x 2-3/8"H 6210 Handrail w/1-1/4" Plow & Fillet

My initial order was late and damaged. I contacted Rachael at Stair Parts USA and she very nicely set up a replacement order. I think the company is using a different shipper as the replacement products showed up in excellent shape.

The plows and fillets are 1 3/4” not 1 1/4”. I’m making them work and sent them an email a couple weeks ago to correct their advertising but no reply. The quality of the material is outstanding and a simple reply would have worked. I’ve never complained on a review.
