6002: Contemporary Small 2-13/16"W x 1-5/8"H Handrail (6002)

We are extremely disappointed with our recent purchase and the service from this company. Over a month ago, we requested a refund because the product we received was in poor condition; it was cracked and bent. We have made several attempts to resolve this issue, but we feel as though we have been gaslighted throughout the process. It is disappointing that this company has chosen to jeopardize a long-term partnership over a couple hundred dollars.

We have been working with Stair Parts USA for five years, but unfortunately, they are no longer a viable option for us.

We advise others to stay away—there are other companies that offer the same products and are far more responsive and helpful.

The handrail came as advertised. Very well sanded, straight and only a couple small imperfections

All parts for 2 railings were manufactured with precision - smooth cuts, no flaws. The total shipment exceeded my expectations.

They are the best company to work with. They look over every order to make sure you get what is needed. I'd highly recommend for any project and if you ever have questions they are easy to get ahold of.
