Great product

Product was received promptly and in perfect condition. Their care in packaging the product was far above average. A great company to deal with from the beginning to the end.

Stair Parts was amazing, they delivered in in few days and exactly what I ordered, in excellent condition. The newel posts were individually packaged and boxed only few things per box. Railing were also packaged in few pet box, very nicely packaged. All the boxes were marked Fragile so FedEx brought them super careful.

Also their costumer support was amazing, I had one of the persons walked me through what I needed and also gave some amazing tips on what works and what is better.

I highly recommend these guys.

Poor Strength

Unfortunately I never received my order. Disappointed to say the least.
