Beautiful Craftsmanship

This was my first purchase from Stair Parts USA, and though I had to wait a bit longer than stated on my receipt, it was well worth the wait, as the posts are stunning! Communication was good, as in the company replied right away when I inquired as to the shipping delay, but could have been better if they had taken the initiative to contact me to let me know that there was a delay, instead of me having to ask, after waiting days past the scheduled ship date for any kind of shipping notice.

Great Newels

Speedy delivery, packaged well, arrived on time. Excellent
