Wrong size
I ordered the wrong size. I called them to exchange them for the Baulsters that are my size but they said NO because they dont want these sitting in the back stock. They don't care about customers.

I'm sorry that we were unfortunately unable to take back the 6 Beech balusters that you ordered. As noted on the site, these Beech balusters are made to order and are not stocked due to lack of regular interest, but we do offer them in non-stock species, like Beech, for customers who would like something different than our stocked Hampton 5300 balusters (Poplar, Red Oak, or American Cherry). If you are interested in a different size, please feel free to send me an email and I'll put together a quote for you.
