Colonial 1-3/4" 5241 Structural Rise Square Top Baluster

requested to return item, which wasn't a special order they were in stock, and they said I couldn't return the 4 items I bought for $67+. I wasn't told that I couldn't return the items. They weren't suitable for my project. I am upset that I couldn't return them. The customer service representative told me should would look into the matter and get back to me and she didn't. Will not order from this company again.
