Baluster order

Easy to use website to order materials. Quick delivery of items. I did not observe my items until two weeks after receipt. Upon opening I noticed two balusters were damaged and could not be used. Damage was significant and should have been noticed at the store and never shipped. My fault since I should have inspected my items upon delivery. I did order two extra balusters just in case so it all did work out. I recently ordered additional balusters to go another section of stair and will make sure I inspect the items upon receipt.
