I ordered the wrong ones. I asked for assistance in getting the correct ones. I had to pay for my return to sender and I got charged for restocking. I have not been returned any money. I lost out in this entire process. THANKS

Your Colonial Baluster Saved our Stairs!
Thanks to being able to find the exact design on your website, we can replace the broken baluster on our stairs. Delivery was speedy, too. I made a mistake on the first measurement, so I had to order one more piece. Even though the shipping price is higher than I'd usually pay, it was worth it this time because I knew I'd be able to finally replace the broken baluster.
