We have ordered a bending handrail and instead were shipped a regular solid 6-footer. Messed our project’ timeline and insofar paid money for nothing

Per our recent conversation, it appears that UPS Freight is still looking for the missing handrail that we shipped out for you. In the meantime, we shipped out a replacement shipment of handrail yesterday and it is on its way to you right now. I've just sent you the tracking details in a separate email.
