No return allowed

This item was a stock size I ordered it ended up not working out and they would not refund due to saying it was a custom size, this is not correct ….the stock size I ordered should have allowed a return. Now I’m stuck with $700 for the stainless steel that I can do nothing with ….they do not stand behind their products, do not order this if you have any question that it will fit

Apologies for the confusion with your return request! The handrails in your order are stocked at a longer length (9'10'), but are then cut down to 7'5' (and sent with the drop) in order to allow them to be sent via standard Ground shipping instead of a costly freight shipment. It seems that the product page didn't spell this out though and there was some confusion on our end when relaying the non-returnability to you on the handrails specifically.

I'm going ahead and issuing a standard refund (minus 25% for restocking) for the handrails as if you had paid to ship them back. We're sending you the RMA form now for the square tubing anchorages so you can get those mailed back. Please refer to the return address and instructions in the PDF file.
