Large Traditional 2-5/8"W x 2-3/8"H Handrail (6210)

I made a mistake ordering and they caught it quick, i was able to confirm what i needed and they got everything to me quickly.
I would order from them again.

I initially ordered the wrong size rail. But, I was able to cancel and reorder easily and without any fees. The product and service were both excellent! Thank you!

Definitely some issues in the ordering process that could be made better. I was told I selected half posts for my order, which I don't believe I did. Nonetheless, I had to render all 7 post again, stairparts did cut the price in half from retail cost, but cist me another $1k in posts. Two of my 12ft hand rails also came in damaged. Overall a mediocre experience, but customer service did try to work with me and tend to the issue.

The handrail was as advertised. Oak, straight and perfectly protected during shipment.
