The 30% restocking fee is currently the standard rate that we pay to process returns at our warehouses. In many cases, we are able to lower this to 15% if you are placing a second order of replacement parts with us. If you would like to purchase a return label using our UPS account rates, please be sure to reply to the email we sent you on 12/11 with the weight and dimensions of the package of baluster shoes that you would like to return and we’ll be glad to get that priced out for you.
