Craftman ship is great. I ordered the wrong width. It should have been a tiny bit thicker. We are going to see if we can still use them.

I purchased 20 red oak balusters for a staircase I'm remodeling. The balusters are consistently sized, made of good quality wood, and relatively will finished. I'll have to do a bit of final sanding before finishing, but am very happy with the quality of the parts and the value they represent.
