Straight Series 1/2" Square x 44"H Hollow Iron Baluster (9000)

I ordered these gray metal balusters to replace the oak balusters in my new home. Good quality. Shipped quickly. Look beautiful. Only recommendation would be to some how let buyer know that the baluster needs shie as well to install . I had to order this after already receiving balusters which delayed my installation.

Received parts in timely manner and as expected

I ordered a smallish quantity of simple 1/2" square ballusters and the quality of the materials was very good, uniform size, length and finish with no blemishes. I had to reach out to them after receiving my confirmation that indicated the order would require someone be available to receive the order and unload from the truck. Since this was a small order I questioned the method of shipping and the company called me back the next day to say because they routinely deal with large orders that this was standard language and my shipment would be provided by FedEx and would be dropped at my mailing address with no need to have anyone there to receive it. Very good and timely response via phone to my message. Would certainly recommend to anyone needing stair parts/accessories.

Some shipping issues with fedex but quickly resolved and reshipped.
