Contemporary 1-3/4" 5361 Plain Square Top Baluster w/Dowel

Received 26 balusters in two packages: one box containing 25, had completely broken open in transit and many were dented and wet (luckily this damage was at the upper end, to be trimmed); the box containing one baluster was well packed. While most of the balusters were clear and straight, some had wane or saw tear-out at the edges; many had planer indent marks on one face which had to be sanded out. The service was prompt and efficient.

I remodeled a staircase for a customer and these are the baluster’s that they chose. They absolutely loved the finished product. They arrived quickly and in excellent shape. The craftsmanship was consistent and they were very easy to install. I appreciate the professionalism of this company. This is the second time I’ve used them and I will use them in the future anytime I need stair parts. Thank you for a wonderful product!
