Excellent quality- Balusters were uniformly shaped and sized with well applied primed finish. I very lightly sanded them before painting and having them installed They look beautiful! They arrived very quickly- sooner than estimates time frame- with no damage in shipping - packaged well. Used them to replace outdated 90s Tuscany style metal balusters in a traditional colonial style house.

I purchased several hundred dollars of stair parts and accessories. The Popular material was very well machined and had good tolerances. I returned some parts that I didn't need and ordered additional parts, It was not seamless, but in the end I got credit fro the returned parts and have the final project ready for stain.
