Satisfied but

The baluster and newell's I received were very good quality and they were shipped quite quickly. My only complaint is I had a damaged item and it took forever to get through their return process and my money back.

If you make a mistake in your order, you are penalized or forced to keep it.

Order parts I thought I needed as the site stated but when received my contractor said that the parts were not necessary. I contacted the site the moment I received the package and I was told I have to pay for return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. This is unheard of anymore. Last time I use this business.
