Ordered the sleeve thinking the top trim piece was attached as shown in the picture. Received the order but the trim trim piece was missing. Reached out to stair parts and they did send a length of trim to make it right. However it caused my carpenter extra work and time to finish the sleeve. When you order something you expect to get what's in the picture.
