American 7-1/2" X 55" 4092 Plain Box Newel

Sadly my order did not work out. The posts were to big for my staircase. I needed the 5 inch not the 7 inch. My husband was deployed to Iraq when I ordered and our builder wasn’t much help to me. I called right away to send back and order correct size but was told no. I called twice offered to pay shipping back plus order correct size I was told on second call they would check with manager but I never heard back. Refund policy says within 30 days but doesn’t look like you honor your refund policy. I even offered to keep flat tops and just eat that cost. They are pretty but won’t work in my new home.
