Easy install if you take your time

Very disappointed
The shipment was poorly packaged and the finish was damaged on all the balusters. I sent an email with pictures to Stair Parts USA and followed up with more than a dozen phone calls. The four times I was able to talk with someone they said they would get back to me by the end of the day which never happened. I have yet to have any response from my emails or calls.
