We have ordered a bending handrail and instead were shipped a regular solid 6-footer. Messed our project’ timeline and insofar paid money for nothing

Haven’t even received my order yet. Customer service has done nothing about it we have contacted them 4 occasions already.
Per our recent conversation, it appears that UPS Freight is still looking for the missing handrail that we shipped out for you. In the meantime, we shipped out a replacement shipment of handrail yesterday and it is on its way to you right now. I've just sent you the tracking details in a separate email.
