I ordered 2 newel posts, the Modern handrail and a few dozen pin top baluster in red oak. Shipping was prompt and items arrived well packaged in excellent condition. All pieces were of high quality, no issues with knots, splits or rough surfaces. Each piece required very little sanding before finishing. The project came out great and we have received many compliments. I DIY’d it and saved thousands.

Nice but inconsistent
Nice shape of rail but one of my three was a green tinged wood so it didn’t stain the same color as the others, two also had chunks missing from the edge.
