Hey Josh, our Returns Department emailed you the return authorization and return instructions on April 11 and we received a reply 19 minutes later from you on the same email chain about your dissatisfaction with the 30% restocking fee. This restocking fee is the current standard fee that we pay to process all returns and we have this information listed on our site, as well as linked in the Order Confirmation and Production Timing emails. For stocked items, like the iron balusters and accessories that you ordered, we have a 30-day window to request a return. The return authorization email that lists “2 weeks” for returns is referring to the 2-week return window that you have after requesting and then receiving authorization for your return. We’ll send you another copy of the email with return instructions in case you would still like to return the extra balusters and shoes that you ordered with the 30% restocking fee. We’ll be glad to extend the return window by two weeks from today to help make sure you’re able to return the extra product that you ordered.
