Beautiful Homes Inc. was founded to provide our customers with superior quality, selection, and value in home improvement products. We strive to set ourselves apart in the industry by treating our customers honestly and fairly, quoting realistic lead times, and giving outstanding customer service.

Our founders built our company on high standards of integrity and service. We do not cut corners, unless we are literally cutting corners on our hand-crafted American made newel posts. We would rather work hard and go the extra mile to earn your business. We believe that only through working diligently will we achieve our personal and professional goals.

Many companies often quote unrealistic lead times in an attempt to get the sale. This leaves you disappointed and frustrated while waiting for your products that you thought you were getting a week ago. We pledge to do our very best in quoting lead times that are as accurate as possible to assist you in getting your project completed on time. Often products can leave our warehouse within 3-5 days. Once an item is shipped from the warehouse, it will usually take 2-5 days in transmit. This means that our in-stock items are normally delivered to you within 5 to 10 business days. Our wood parts take just a little bit longer. Being hand-crafted, our wood products usually ship in 10-14 business days. To get a personalized lead time estimate for your order, give us a call.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we do offer a return policy. Products can be returned for a restocking fee of 25%. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any returned product must have a Return Authorization Number, be in its original box with the original packing materials and be returned to the warehouse from which it originated. Product must be returned in saleable condition as determined by Beautiful Homes, Inc. Any item that is returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 403-1480. Product sold in box quantities must be returned in full box quantities. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for special order items because they are made specifically for you. No item is returnable after 45 days.

If you are building a new home, it is recommended that you order any custom stair parts when framing has begun. However, if you need an item immediately, let us know. We will do our very best to accommodate you. Although, we cannot guarantee a shipping date on rush orders.
