Ordered products on two occasions. First time called and spoke to Tom who was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I called late on a friday and he got my order out first thing Monday morning. I was in a bind with an up coming inspection and he kind enough to accelerate my order. Even the second order which was done completely online my order was shipped promptly, well packaged and in my house in just a few days. Great experience.
