Customer Service is Failing Me

Folks,

I have called TWICE regarding exchanging the ballisters I ordered more than a month ago. Each time, I have been assured that I would receive an Email w/instructions on how to proceed the VERY NEXT DAY. Each time, I have searched every folder finding nothing except this invitation to review my experience.

The cust svc reps have been friendly enough, but the follow thru has been despicable.
