Everything came sooner than expected and it was great quality.

We bought these for our new basement staircase. They are well made and are an updated style but still classic. Would be nice to be able to buy a touch up kit to make small repairs after pre-painter balusters are installed. Plan to buy more in the future!

I was able to finally update my stairs at a reasonable cost and having the parts delivered to my door made it more convenient.

These are of excellent quality and look just beautiful on our new staircase. We purchased the pre-finished white ones to compliment our walnut posts and railings and the white risers, and the contrast is striking, the look quite elegant.
The chamfering on the balusters gives them enough character without being fussy.
